I had an inspection done for a house I had made an offer on. The house had been completely renovated , however the inspection showed multiple red flags, structural , plumbing, electrical, drainage, bugs…. As a result of this very thorough inspection I decided against buying the house. I really appreciate this company as they saved me a lot of money but also a lot of stress. I highly recommend them.
Robert was very thorough in his inspection and took the time to review every item he found with me. He discussed the possible impacts and possible mitigations. I'd hire him again wit6h no reservation.
