Not enough praise can be shared about Premier! Ben, Shawn, Amy and the entire Premier team worked diligently to ensure we had a great experience, and that our home was to our expectations. Shawn was always available, answered any questions we had, and made sure we were happy.On the week we were to move in, we were coming down to the wire with cleaning. Shawn and Amy came out and worked all evening and the following day to clean the house and make sure it was move in ready.There’s not enmity praise I can give to Premier, if you’re considering getting a home, Premier should be a top consideration!
Hi. This review is primarily written to counter the negative reviews written by folks who are never happy unless they have something to complain about.This morning I visited the sales center in Fletcher. I went there with the expectation that I would find the employees to be respectful, helpful, and friendly. Guess what? They were exactly that. I was promptly greeted and all of my questions were satisfactorily answered. I was given handouts that explained what is and what is not covered in the price. Long overdue review, but better late than never! Began searching for land in early 2018, and Premier was great about doing the site visit with graders during my due diligence period and we were under contract by mid May. Closed on my lot first of June and things moved quickly after that. My HOA is pretty strict but Premier either handled it, or guided me through the pieces I needed to complete to get things off the ground. Site prep and house construction was happening simultaneously, and the owner (Harold) even sent me pics of my house under construction in the factory!My house was set on the lot mid August (it was very cool, the whole neighborhood came out to watch....read full review
