    MyEyeDr. offers a combination of positive and negative experiences. Long-time patients value the thorough care and explanations provided by their doctors, such as Dr. Poole, who has been their trusted eye doctor for many years. Many appreciate the professional staff and courteous atmosphere. However, some patients have faced issues with billing, including surprise charges and difficulties understanding insurance adjustments. One patient was surprised to pay $44 for pictures taken during a pre-exam, as they were not informed beforehand that insurance wouldn't cover them. This has led some to choose other places for their eye exams and to cancel upcoming appointments for their children. Additionally, some have experienced delays in appointments, waiting over 40 minutes, and have found the staff to be somewhat rude and unhappy to be working, which creates a negative atmosphere. Despite these concerns, others have had positive experiences, such as getting their glasses adjusted, receiving thorough eye exams for contacts, and ordering a year's supply of contact lenses at a good price. Overall, the office's professional staff and the care provided by Dr. Jeff are notable, but some patients feel the service could improve.
