Very individual PT exercise plan that your physical trainer devises only for you specific needs. Time is taken at every appointment to ask what works & wat does not work for you. It is not a hit and miss!
My time at movement for life was great, Jayna was very professional explained everything she is just a caring person. Listened to my concerns and was very easy to talk to. Front desk staff very welcoming, overall a great experience
First of all, in four years, I've never had any kind of billing mix up. I can't say that about any of my other providers. In addition, I believe that the PTs and techs genuinely care about my recovery. I trust my PT more than any other provider I see. He takes time, listens, and evaluates what is and isn't effective. And he trusts that maybe I know something about my body and what works for me.
