Jacob is the best and was so helpful. He was very communicative when emergencies arose, he walked me through what he was putting in and around my home, relieved worries about my pup getting into things (they are tamper proof!) and spoke to me with respect. The person i trust to take care of any pest that may come and I will be recommending to my friends and family!
