Liliana is EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL AND TALENTED! She has been trained in the US and abroad and knows what she is doing. I am very happy with my eyeliner. It healed so quickly and well! She knows how to apply it so it looks like perfect eyeliner and not a tattoo. I'm doing my brows next! Highly recommend!Service: Eyeliners
