Dwayne very quickly restored my HVAC system after flood damage. This is the kind of company you want to do business with; honest, reliable, experienced & kind to their customers. Dwayne did extra little things for me that make my household systems work even better than before the flood! I also appreciate the educating he does for me so that I understand how my systems work & would recognize when problems occur. Many thanks to a great company!
Could not be happier with this local family owned business. Dwayne, David & Steven are top notch. In today's world getting average customer service is rare. Getting exceptional service from people who care about their customers is a treasure. Just had a HVAC service as well as having our new fireplace burner installed by Dwayne. On Sunday afternoon 8/18/24, we had a failure of the fan system on our HVAC unit. I called Dwayne's number and received a quick return message that he was unavailable at the time but to call HHASI's main phone number and leave a message for the emergency maintenance technician. I called and left a message, but I also indicated that with the cooler temps we were having, I could wait until Monday for a contact. Dwayne was in touch first thing Monday morning by phone and then was at my home within an hour.
