We chose Flooring America to select the flooring we wanted and to install the flooring. We were not disappointed. Jason Feather who helped us choose our flooring is professional, friendly and personable in every way and gave us information on the different flooring. Steven and Donnie were the flooring installers and are just amazing! They took up our carpet and removed tile that we had in entryway and immediately cleaned up the mess that was made . The way they worked together was amazing and they are very personable, friendly and definitely know what they are doing. Very professional. When they were through at the end of the day, they cleaned up ,swept up and picked up. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Flooring America, Jason Feather, Steven and Donnie for all of your flooring needs. I need to add that Flooring America recently (May 2026) installed LVP flooring/carpet in our 2nd townhome..Steven and David are THE BEST..knowledgeable, personable and amazing..they are neat with their work and clean up after job is completed very well We also had Flooring America do our new backsplash in our kitchen..Vitaly did an amazing job and we love his work..very clean and neat workmanship..he’s the BEST we’ve ever had….Thanks Jason for assisting us in choosing our flooring and tile..thanks to Steven, David and Vitaly for your amazing work..give Flooring America and staff a 10!! Darrie was great! He scheduled installation around my schedule and followed up immediately. Shane installed carpet in 2 rooms in record time! Everything was clean and all furniture back in place! I highly recommend!!

Diane at Flooring America helped us select our hardwood and carpet for our home remodel. She also managed the scheduling for our install. The installation crews were a great bunch of guys and did a fantastic job. Everyone from sales to installation were very detailed-oriented and worked around the scheduling of other trades without any issues. I would recommend Flooring America without hesitation.

The Flooring America store in Hendersonville NC is great! First of all, they have a huge selection of flooring and our sales person Darrie Early was awesome! Darrie helped us pick out the perfect LVP flooring and the installers he sent did a fantastic job installing the floor! I have used Flooring America before and always deal with Darrie, I have never been disappointed and would highly recommend Flooring America!

He gave the home owner sample he thought she might like. I was under a time line to finish the job and Darrie responded with a quick install date.
