They have been taking care of me for a few years now. They have been good to me except one hiccup. I'm glad I chose them.

I have been a patient of WNC Family Medical Center for many years. Recently our cat, Hedy Lamarr, bit me on the back of my right hand one night. By morning my hand was badly swollen with my fingers almost gnarled in a fist. I made an appointment to see Ginger Davis, FNP, since my doctor Larry J. Russell was not available. Ginger immediately prescribed two antibiotics. Over the next several weeks I saw Ginger four times and received excellent care. She was terrific and very helpful. Ginger finally referred me to Dr. Samuel Abrams at Southestern Orthopedics because I finally was unable to straighten my middle and fourth fingers. I saw Dr. Abrams this morning and I'm scheduled for surgery next week to repair tendons in my hand damaged by the infection caused by the cat bite even though the antibiotics ended the infection. I highly recommend Ginger Davis, FNP. Jay Bergen

DR. Madison,has been my life saver. She has helped me through some difficult decisions,and has been an unbelievable listener. I thought I would never say this about a doctor,but I enjoy going to see her. Thank you,Rachael for being my primary doctor,but also a caring,kind,smart and highly professional person! Spoke to the operator to ask questions and before I could finish she interrupted me told me no was EXTREMELY RUDE and disrespectful and hung up while I was mid sentence. For a practice to say have a blessed day their operator doesn’t have one nice bone in her body. I would say go here but you won’t be able to.

Staff was friendly and nice . Dr Faust seemed to care and tune in . Frustrating dealing with the VA to approve any of DR Faust's referral's. Staff was nice and friendly.
