From the moment the appointment was made, through the confirmation communications, to the men arriving with equipment, Epperson Tree made the whole experience of tree cutting and stump grinding seamless. Everyone from front desk staff to the men working on the trees were professional and communicative. Important tidbit, they took great care to protect my bushes and wires around the house. They seemed to genuinely enjoy their work together. When challenges presented, they said OKAY, let's figure this out. And they did. They left at the end of the day with my yard cleaned up and all work done to my satisfaction.
Epperson Tree is a first class operation from top to bottom. Professional, courteous and great at what they do. This is the second time I’ve had them do tree removal and this one required a giant crane and creativity. They did a remarkable job, everything cleaned up and every person not only nice but pleasant.
