Over the past two months, bringing our daughter to DC Wellness has been a transformative experience for our family. We’ve witnessed incredible growth in her behavior and a deeper understanding of mental health. Navigating life as a teenager can be particularly challenging for someone with Autism, PTSD, and ADHD, but we’re seeing positive shifts thanks to this program.
Ms. Cortes has been outstanding in her support, both for our daughter and for us as parents. She’s equipped us with effective communication strategies and helped us introduce natural consequences in a compassionate way.
We’ve experienced nothing but love, kindness and compassion from Ms. Cortes. We’ve only been receiving services a couple months and we are already seeing improvements with our Autistic daughter who also has PTSD and ADHD.
