I cannot say enough great things about Preston! He has come to the rescue during two different emergency situations! One for our air conditioning when it was boiling hot outside and most importantly he helped to get my mother’s heat going when she was shivering as her indoor temperature started to rapidly drop. The bitter cold on Christmas Day had frozen my moms heat pump and the icy roads made it impossible for me to get to her. Thank goodness I texted Preston! My partner rents my mom’s basement apartment and through a very skilled and detailed phone consultation, Preston walked my him through each step of the way to resolve the issues. He had only been to her home one time 6 months ago and he remembered everything about her system. He was able to get her emergency heat on in 11° weather and did this all from his own family vacation in Ohio... on Christmas Day! Preston is one of the really good guys out there!
