Mario Vigil was a great representative for Basement & Radon Solutions. On-time, polite, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, respectful of property. This was for an annual crawl space inspection, dehumidifier inspection/cleaning, making sure humidity level was appropriate and checking in-home monitor for fresh batteries and updating the % humidity to be maintained. Reasonable price. Will definitely call BRS again.
Over 2 years ago, I got 4 bids for radon and moisture mitigation in my disgusting dirt floor crawlspace. I didn't pick the lowest or highest, but the one where time was taken to evaluate what would have to be done in this specific space to address every issue. The job was done well, and since then has remained dry and even attractive! After seeing this space, quite a few of my neighbors also have chosen BRSPROS to improve their crawlspaces.
We have been very pleased with BRS for their excellent work and customer service. Their response to all of our concerns has been addressed in a timely manner. Without this pump system, our basement would have major problems. Hats off to BRS!
