We've been taking our cats here for almost 20 years. Even when we moved further away, we continued to bring our cats here even though there was another vet more conveniently located for us--because Dr. McKisson is so wonderful. He really cares about both his clients and their animals, is honest and kind and reasonable, balanced and never heavy-handed with his treatments. The office staff are always patient and knowledgeable and helpful with questions. An ideal vet for us.

I am giving this establishment a one star because they are uncaring people!!
I brought my 11 month old cat in to see Dr Kevin because my cat was coughing.
Dr Kevin took an xray of his lungs and said his lungs were inflamed and that he looks like he has asthma.
He administered a short acting steriod to see if this would help. The shot he said should last 3 days.
The first day after there was a little improvement but then after the symptoms worsened and changed from a cough to sneezing, shaking his head and mouth breathing.
I called to get an appointment to be re-seen as my cat was getting sicker. They refused to give me an earlier appointment then what we had for a follow up which was 10 days away .
This was too far away, my cat was in clear distress!!!! They did not seem to care!!!! And that is why I am writing this review.
We ended up having to bring our kitty to the hospital, he was diagnosed with an upper respriatory infection. He is now on antibiotics and as this is his second day he is still quite sick blowing bubbles from his nose and mouth breathing...not to mention not wanting to eat...

We feel very lucky to have chosen All Saints as our new vet! They have been extremely responsive and exceptionally caring. In our short time with them, we have experienced both the heartbreaking loss of our 16 1/2 year old poodle Raven as well as the addition of a new poodle puppy, Nugget. We also have a sweet 5 yr old who loved everyone at their office! They showed great compassion with our sweet Raven, helping to ease the inevitable pain that came with losing her.
We love their practical and empathetic approach - Dr. Kevin and his entire staff have been welcoming, helpful, responsive and supportive, and we just couldn't have asked for a better practice to trust with our babies' healthcare needs!

They refused to put my dog on medication when I brought her in for aggression and anxiety. Not long after that, she attacked my other dog and did MAJOR damage. This could have been prevented if they simply listened to me instead of pretending they knew what's best for a dog they didn't know the first thing about. Don't bother with this place. They don't call back when they say, they don't listen to you, and they don't fulfill the needs of the appointment which is a waste of time and money.

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for two dogs. Took a vacation day to take them since I work too far from home to just take a long lunch and get back to work. They called AN HOUR before to cancel saying that they were canceling because the previous vet thought they needed to be muzzled. They do not. Previous vet used covid masks long after the general public was not and it made them very uncomfortable to have a masked stranger encroaching on their space without me or my wife present (they wouldnβt let us in). After I explained that to the receptionist, she wouldnβt even consider asking the vet if he would think about it. At the end of the day, I respect the decision to err on the side of caution but asking for customers to give at least a 24 hour notice and only give 1 is incredibly rude.
