When I called, John answered and told me he was going to be in my area in a couple of days he'd be glad to come out and give me a estimate on the work I needed. When he arrived he was very professional and polite nice person to talk with. He looked my lot over and told me he couldn't give me estimate at this time because of not knowing the exact property lines, my fault for not having a survey done beforehand. He spend quite a bit of his time looking walking checking the grade difference explaining everything.
