“We were out of hot water for a few days and our home warranty company sent Bill’s to fix it. They changed the heating element, then today the hot water stopped working again, although it was late in the day (called them at 4:30) they were here within 30 minutes change the thermostats in it for me without hesitation. The guys were very friendly and professional. Thank you so much!!!“
