Tom put my Unit in brand new home in 2007. I've called him for yearly maintenance and a couple of times for lightning issues. I just called him got voice mail and 5 minutes he called me to set appointment. Very good service.

Our HVAC unit went down. I called MA for an emergency service. Despite being booked up, the technician squeezed us in his schedule, came earlier than expected and got the unit fixed and going in less than 1/2 hour. Efficient and friendly service.
