Reviewers noted that technicians solved problems in a prompt and courteous manner, were on time, and assessed problems quickly. The office was especially helpful and the cost was fair. One technician was described as very professional and a knowledgeable repairman, fixing a dual fuel system quickly and at a very reasonable price. Another customer had a new HVAC system installed, with reminders sent ahead of time, arrival at 8:00 AM as promised, and the work completed with everything cleaned up, leaving it better than found. Technicians called prior to arrival, arrived on time, and provided reasonable solutions with multiple suggestions. One install in an old house without central air was neat and clean, with ducts tucked away in floor joists and a trunk line high enough to walk under. They cleaned up before leaving, leaving it cleaner than when they arrived.
Jesse came out to service our dual fuel Trane heating system. He is very professional and a knowledgeable repairman! Our dual fuel system wasn’t set at the factory standards so it was a quick fix and very reasonable fix!!! We love our heating and cooling system and appreciate such a kind, professional, who fixed our system quickly and at a very reasonable price!! Jim R
Hill Heating and Air has just replaced the HVAC system in my home. We agreed on a date and they sent me a reminder the week before as well as both an email and text reminder the night before. They arrived at 8:00 AM as promised and the work has been completed. They cleaned everything up, leaving it better than they found it. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Technicians came out to assess the problem and provided a reasonable solution.
