I had an issue where the outdoor AC fan suddenly stopped working, so I requested a repair. The technician carefully diagnosed the problem and explained each step, showing the readings as he went, which made me feel very confident. He identified a failed start capacitor and clearly presented the cost before replacing it. After the repair, he checked the temperatures from the indoor vents and confirmed the outdoor unit wasn’t over‑cooling. His after‑care guidance and additional maintenance suggestions were thorough and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Dan did ask amazing job for us! Our condenser stopped running, so we called Elite AC… recommended to us by one of their current customers. He showed up on time, listened to our explanation of the issue, and went to troubleshoot the problem.

It only took him a couple minutes to find the issue. A bad capacitor. He changed it out, did some diagnostics to ensure the condenser was working properly and that was it.

What I appreciate about the whole thing is the fact that we weren’t lied to or jerked around. He could have easily told us that there was some much more expensive problem, but he didn’t. A lot of companies will rip you off. The whole experience was great… read full review

We've been limping our original R-22 A/C system along, that came with our house from 2007. I thought that it may have been a few pounds low on refrigerant, but got the dreaded news that there is a restriction and really the only cost-effective solution is replacement. We have known this was a reality for some time and now just have to come to terms with it. It has lasted much longer than anyone ever expected. We were only charged the service call price and now will be getting an estimate for replacing the system.
