Woke up this morning and it was so cold. Thermostat showed 70 but it was 50 degrees inside. I have heard good things about the company but had never used them before.Called them before lunch.The office staff is so friendly and were honest about doing everything they could to send someone over and told me they would call me back to see if they could fit me in with a possible ice storm hitting eastern NC within the next 24 hours.They told me between 3 and 5 pm and before 3 pm I had a technician at my door step in Morehead CityEd wqs q wonderful and thorough technician that is great at explaining what he is doing. I had been rescheduled several times due to folks needing emergency service which I did not mind but Misty was persistent in getting me re-scheduled for my maintenance visit.
