James (not sure of his last name) initially diagnosed the problem I had with my HVAC system
it needed to have about 10 ft of the drain line replaced including the T trap. It was causing a major clog issue. He explained it in detail and was very professional. Between Bill Buckman and James Dyke they replaced drain line and T trap which also fixed the improperly sloped condensate drain line and did a complete and thorough job cleaning and clearing all the debris. They explained each step in detail and were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Trent Heating & Air Conditioning.
