I brought my daughter to get her first blow out about two weeks ago. When it was time to wash her hair at home, her curls weren't bouncing back as I expected and I was worried about heat damage. I called the salon and spoke to the owner. She told me to bring my daughter in so she can personally assess her hair since it was a different stylist that originally did her hair.
