Erin was great from the start! Very welcoming, kind and consistent. Starting with a lovely and relaxing shampoo, to a fantastic cut at the end. When I told her what I was wanting she asked questions to make sure she gave me the cut I was wanting in the end. She was very thorough in her cut, making sure she took her time so that everything was even and cohesive; doing the little details that make such a difference. She was very gentle when drying my hair, not accidentally tugging on any of my earrings or pulling on my hair/head, to finish off the style by fine tuning any little piece that needed shaped into place.
