My parents and I have been using Norris Mechanical since they started in business back in the 80S. When my father built the house in 1979, it did not have air conditioning since their house in Ohio did not have it. When they could not take the summer heat any more, Hersey Norris was the one they called. I have continued to use Norris because their techs and office staff(Stephanie) are excellent. 2 years ago, in late June my 13 year old heat pump needed to be replaced. The freon was outdated and hard to find. Hersey Norris and crew located some to get me by until they could install the new Trane heat pump. Norris Mechanical recently replaced two 20-year-old heat pumps for us. The equipment quoted was competitively priced, equipment installation was professionally done, and they did it all when they said it would be done. Highly recommended.
