Great service! We came home to find out the heat had stopped working. We called Norris Mechanical and their service technician Eddie, who was on another job, got to us in just over an hour. He analyzed the problem within seconds and was diligent in making sure the job was done correctly. He had it fixed within the next hour. He was excellent. I would love to have Eddie and Norris Mechanical help us with any future issues that might happen.
