I want to personally thank Tommy Howard of ServPro for coming out this morning to look at my condensate situation which caused minor ceiling damage to my garage ceiling. He spent a good amount of time taking moisture reading in several locations throughout my house. He took the time to answer all my question and gave me recommendations as to what I needed to do to resolve this problem. When I asked how much I owed him, he said nothing.
