We had a major water leak that from an upstairs shower. It caused so much damage in my house. I reached out to my insurance company the following morning, and within 20 minutes, Tim and Rick, came by and assessed the damage and put a plan together to immediately fix the issues. By the following day, a crew was here with fans and dehumidifiers. I have never seen crews move this fast and resolve issues like this so quickly. During the demolition process, Kelly, Nick & Dave were amazing. The area of damage and demolition was so clean. They were highly respectful of our space, our two pets, and all six of us.

ServiceMaster has been wonderful and easy to work with. My shower leaked and caused a lot of damage. Danny was a great help with mitigation. He was very knowledgeable. Nick and Dave were amazing not only with their work but also with my dogs and son. They took the time to love on my dogs so they were comfortable with them. My son also loved chatting with them. Very friendly staff, quick, and helpful.
