Great Customer Service and Great Product. Four years ago King's Custom Hardwood installed flooring in 1st floor bedrooms then upstairs bonus room. The whole process went smooth, From the beginging, Jessica was wonderful, informative, great communication and follow-up. David was the installer who did a great job .... not one issue. Very friendly and conscientious. Now play forward to today, 4 years later. I dropped salad dressing on the floor and did not know how to clean/remove. I called Jessica left a message and she called back within 1 hour. WOW! She gave me the name of a cleaner which I tired and it worked. Wonderful workmanship, love my new floor. They took all the cracks, indentations, scratches and turned my wood floors into a solid blonde glass like finish. I hated the orange and dingy surface. I have the floor of my dreams which shouts coastal Wilmington!
King Tide removed my carpet and installed engineered hardwood flooring. They made the process very simple for my wife and I and we love the finished product. The new flooring completely transformed our room. We will definitely be using King Tide in the future for all our flooring needs.
