As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable & knew I was in the right place. Stephanie was awesome. We chatted about what I was looking for & she showed me some samples which were pretty much what I was looking for. It didn’t take long for me to make my choice, & after discussing binding options I decided to let Stephanie choose the best option as she already proved that I can trust her decision. I will be back when I need to replace my other carpeting. Absolutely a stress free, friendly awesome experience with superb service & prices

Kathryn Gustafson was fabulous. She helped in our selection of carpet and tile and managed the whole process for us. It is a second home and she kept us informed all along the way! Would highly recommend her and USA flooring!!
