I’ve had consistently excellent care at the ECU Health employee clinics. Tre’ is outstanding — he listens, includes you in every step of your care plan, and makes you feel genuinely supported. The reception team, medical assistants, and nurses are all amazing as well. Their kindness and professionalism make every visit smooth and stress‑free. Highly recommend.
Getting an appointment was super easy. All of the staff were professional and friendly. I feel like the NP really listened and gave me options and was willing to do what worked best for me. Thank you all for being there for the employees 🙂
I appreciate the flexibility and timeliness of appointments as a busy professional. I was able to drive over from my clinic and be seen quickly and efficiently. The front desk person was friendly and helpful, and Trey (NP) is always professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. So much better than waiting in a PCP's office for hours!
