I see Dr. Shirley Patel and she is hands-down, the greatest practitioner I have ever had. She is caring, compassionate, thorough and just simply amazing. I’m so thankful that Physicians East has her on their team.

I received care WED 8/26/2026 at Physician East-Urgent Care Center. The care I received during registration/check out, nurse’s triage (Joey), Dr. Zimmerman‘s exam and treatment, and xrays/ technician’s process was as timely, professional, thorough and compassionate as possible. I received a promised call later that afternoon with additional information. My follow up call THURS morning for additional assistance was facilitated by Shirley in the same manner as above.
Just want to express my gratitude and respect to the staff for their help when I needed it as described above.

Great communication from the time my appointment was first scheduled throughout the completion of my cpap fitting night at the clinic. Kimberly was my nurse and she was awesome. Great job informing me of what to expect and very attentive to my needs throughout my visit. I'm glad I finally had the test done and ready to start sleeping better as well as being safer while I sleep.
