Went for appointment was filling out paperwork told me they did not take insurance I spoke to them day before wasted my time terrible experience will not recommend to anyone did not even apologize for there mistake

Waited for an hour and a half to be seen by Dr. Knuckles. No one ever came back to my room to give me updates. I had to go up to the front desk on several occasions and was told that she would be with me shortly.Finally I could wait no longer and told the front desk I was leaving. I heard one of the girls whisper to a co-worker at the front desk that the doctor was in her office, but no one went to get her. They let me leave, with no apologies or explanation.I contacted them a few days later to get a refund on the deposit I had to put down for the appointment, which they agreed to, but again gave me no explanation as to what happened nor an apology. Just not the same since Dr. Jones left. I tried to stick it out but with mixing up medications called into the pharmacy, taking me off good medications that improve my well being and being treated as if I'm just a number that passes through the office.... I'm out. If you are elderly and not able to always stay on top of things this place will put you in the grave.There is good reason why this wait room is always empty.
