Chris and Cain (sp?) were incredibly helpful, fast, and very knowledgeable. We found a flooring option online, they had samples ready, and we bought almost 1500sqft right away. They worked with us on price and timelines, made it easy at every step. Really appreciate them and flooring options.
So far I am extremely with the folks at LL Flooring. They walked me through all the questions I had. Folks in Greenville and main office were all helpful. I will report back when my order arrives! But Service is stellar.
Went in today and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Selection and pricing was great. BUT the showroom stank. To me it smelled like smoke and something else. The people I was with thought it might be off gassing. Regardless, some air freshener and/or open doors/fresh air would help. It gave me a headache.
