this is the worse company i have ever seen in my life! The owner is very rude. I have 2 confirmations of my appointment for a certain time. he called me an hour before my appointment and demanded that i be home because he was almost at my house. He wanted me there then so he doesn't have to wait around. His words! he asked that i reschedule if i didn't want to do it early. we literally went back and forth about appointment times when i have the email sitting right in front of me! very rude! I called the warranty company and told them to cancel my appointment with this company because he was rude and wanted me to arrange my schedule for him! beware dealing imperial home improvement! Let me add that choice warranty DID NOT get this appointment wrong. I spoke directly to this Imperial Home Improvement to set up this appointment. and then they confirmed it with choice warranty because as soon as I was done speaking DIRECTLY to IMPERIAL HOME IMPROVEMENT to confirm this appointment, I was sent an email from choice warranty to confirm the time. I NEVER EVEN SPOKE to choice warranty about this time and they had the updated info. I specifically told IMPERIAL HOME IMPROVEMENT after 3PM works because that is when i get off work. they AGREED and gave me a time range of 3pm-8pm DIRECTLY. can't blame choice warranty for this when i talked directly to imperial. He argued about this with me and sent me a screenshot of the time he had which was 11am-3pm and i dont know where that came from saying location is \"nashville, nc\" I dont even live in nashville. That location and appointment time that he has must be a mix up and I was pretty much blamed for it. he is wrong and was VERY RUDE. HIS response on here is NOTHING like he handle it over the phone. no apology or anything over the phone. just rudeness. He is not taking any responsibility for his actions.

I am a landlord who lives out of state. I needed a handyman to install flooring in both of my unit's bathrooms and kitchen. I hired Imperial Home Improvement and from start to finish, Nelson was professional, efficient and very reliable. He does fantastic work and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Imperial Home Improvement for anyone requiring services from someone as proficient as Nelson and his crew. I look forward to working with Imperial on future projects
