A culmination of negative experiences leads me to this review, however this does not include the receptionist. The receptionist is quite friendly and helpful. The individual that performs the blood draws at this location needs to be retrained and to remember to take the tourniquet off before withdrawing the needle. Additionally, vacutainers for blood should never be reused.During my pap smear I was repeatedly asked if I would allow a student Nurse Practitioner to perform my pap smear.
