I want to sincerely thank the staff at ECU Health Wound Healing Center for the care and support provided to me while treating my wound. Your professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge impact on my experience. From the initial phone call, Keli the office manager, was amazing. She helped me understand the process and assisted me with getting scheduled as soon as possible. I visited this clinic for the first time with my 88 yr old mother for an assessment and prescription for treatment for a hard to heal wound on her leg. To say this is an absolutely stellar medical facility would be an understatement in my opinion. From the initial call to schedule moms appt to the greeting and checkin to the very thorough, caring, professional, engaged staff members involved in moms assessment and care.

I can’t say enough good about how professional and kind the people are from the front desk person all the way to the nurse David who dressed and took care of mama’s wound and gave excellent instructions. I am so glad we took my mother here to get her needs met.
