Med Care East, PA is a busy clinic with caring doctors and friendly staff. Patients appreciate the kindness and thoroughness of the doctors, especially Dr. Gina and Dr. Regina Hathaway, who make sure all health needs are met and take time to explain things clearly. The support staff has been improving, and many find the experience better than other local facilities. Patients feel confident in the doctors' listening skills and personalized health plans, including referrals to specialists when needed. However, some mention occasional issues with staff attitude and difficulty retrieving test results. Overall, the clinic is seen as a caring and trustworthy place where patients feel valued and well cared for.
Gina is very kind and takes time with her patients. She explains everything very simply for me so I understand.
Her support staff is getting better. It's a very busy practice
good experience with the doctors the girl up front is really nice but somehow they can't find my results that was done a few weeks ago which i had been waiting results for also the nurse doesn't act like she enjoys her job sometimes she kinda has the don't care attitude and also called recently about a medication they prescribed not being available unless its self pay and can't afford it insurance only covers name brand which isn't available still have not heard back from the nurse about that other than that they seem to be good alot better than ecu facilities
I been with Dr. Gina about 10 years the best Doctor in North Carolina she listens to you then she make health plan if she don't know she sent to to a specialist 100% the best
