The receptionist that works at the vision center in Walmart at 2:00 pm, is phenomenal!!! She has such good customer service and is very friendly and positive. You don’t find that a lot anymore so shout out to her!!

I'm not sure of the guy that is working there, but he was absolutely amazing. I spoke with him over the phone Tuesday afternoon and he was polite, direct in answering my questions, and followed up with the store operational hours for service( a plus). I had the pleasure of actually getting him again in person on yesterday and our visit was a success. My son needs some frames because the nose end works, he knew his brands and helped get my son the best fitting frames for my son. He hit the fit right on the nose and my son and I walked away very happy. I will be visiting back soon to get my son a backup pair of frames. I’m on the way there with my 14-year-old daughter for an emergency exam/set of glasses because hers broke last night. Hopefully my experience, as well as hers, will be better than the experience I just witnessed with the receptionist on the phone. ?Very rude, short, And just acted like she did not want to be bothered with my questions ?We shall see And maybe then I will change my review
