Cathy is an occupational therapist with so much knowledge of the body and she puts that to good use in her wonderful classes. She's been teaching yoga for 20+ years! Her classes are not only therapeutic, Cathy also makes them fun. She is very aware of each student's needs.
I have really enjoyed these classes. Cathy makes me feel comfortable, welcomed, and accepted. She also finds a way to mix things up in class to provide challenge and interest. I highly recommend!
Cathy is an amazing source of information and inspiration. She is my all in one stop for yoga, strength and mobility, weights, learning to move in ways that just make you FEEL better! All delivered with such deep perspective and humor. Cathy is always reading and digesting the latest as well as the most ancient of wisdoms and bringing the knowledge into her practice. I am so fortunate to have her in my life. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
