The specialist on our lime treatment was courteous and professional. The Trugreen app however, needs some work. It said he was less than a minute away at 7:30 am and would arrive soon. At 1:30 I called customer service and it took over an hour to get someone on the phone. They could not tell me any update and said the app was not working so they rescheduled. Then the specialist showed up around 3:00pm.

You can see the difference from space... Whenever I use a weather or real estate app, I zoom in on my home and the difference between my yard and my neighbors' is night and day...

The technician David G was friendly, courteous and professional. He called 30 minutes before arriving and gave me my paperwork upon arrival which explained the application he would be performing. He was accompanied by a partner and the two of them finished the fertilizer application quickly with full coverage of the area he was treating. Well done!
