This was my first visit to this yoga location. I have tried almost every yoga spot in the Triad area. I can definitely say that the healthy back and spine class was one of a kind! I was a little intimidated when I learned, I would be hanging from the wall during the class, but the teacher walked me through step-by-step, and made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to going to this class again and taking care of my spine. I'm also looking forward to checking out the other offerings at the studio. It is a beautiful studio that can run multiple classes at once. This is definitely different than any other studio in Triad!

Teachers are awesome and accommodating to your physical limitations. An inviting and warm place to release and relax and grow. Great variety of classes for all levels. Thank you Terry and Jerry!
