After getting estimates from 3 other companies 3 years ago for replacing our roof, we chose Triad Roofing Services. Travis Sands (owner) was so much more knowledgeable and professional than the others, who were obviously just salesmen. The job was done promply and professionally. We also had them do gutter guards as well.
And, just this month (April, 2025) we had them replace the roof on our storage building. We never even considered calling other companies!
Lisa (Office secretary) has been most helpful and has been wonderful to work with as well as Brandi (Treasurer).

From the knowledgeable estimate, great communication by everyone, great professional roofing , wonderful clean up, and prompt time line in scheduling roof replacement, the entire staff deserve compliments. Seamless experience- we had a roof leak after many periods of heavy rain. We called around for some estimates but after a few recommendations from friends we contacted Triad Roofing Services. They got to our issue quick and gave us the best cost with a variety of options for our issue. On site the team was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property. They fixed our issue quickly and efficiently and left no mess behind. We are very pleased with this company we’ve had a few roofing companies in the past that didn’t do quality work and it’s nice to find a company we can trust!
