I highly recommend being a patient at Triad Eye Associates. Through the years I've had appointments at 2 of the 3 locations with different doctors and I'm always pleased with the entire experience. The optometrists, opticians and staff are highly trained, professional and friendly. And it matters to me that the practice uses state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to assure the best eye care possible. (No budget eye exams for me or my family, thank you!) And since the selection of great-looking frames in the optical shop is so expansive, there's no reason to go anywhere else. 5 STARS!

Everyone from the front desk, to Mary, who did the eye tests, to Dr. Neil Hutto was friendly and very professional. Wendy, who helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs.

I cannot say enough about Dr.Gilliam and his team! I have been going to this office over 10 years and they are awesome. I continue to have one great experience after another. From the check in, to the work up (Suzette is a gem?) and then time with Dr. Gilliam. He takes his time and I have never felt rushed. Toby was very helpful and answered my questions and even helped me find frames that were not in the office. You cannot go wrong with this treasure of an office!!!
