had a mixed experience here. The staff were kind, my eyebrows came out great, and my toes were done well.
However, I was disappointed with my nail service. I showed a picture of the design I wanted. They mentioned it looked like a bat, so I clarified and asked for a drip design instead. The first attempt at the drips was just a few squiggly lines, so I had to show another reference photo and explain again. Even after that, the drips still came out sloppy and rushed.

Came from ATL THESE NAIL SALONS SUUUCK! I found TJ nails! Hallelujah thanks to Darryl I believe in Greensboro nail salons! You guys rock! Keep up the great work yal! They’re all good cause one day Darryl wasn’t available I went to someone else there! Guess what? Still left happy as hell and I’m a DIVA about these hands! Yassss they know their stuff! 😍 🙏🏾❤
I’ve been a loyal customer at TJ Nails since I was around 15 or 16 years old—I’m now 23—and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience, but today confirmed that the level of care and customer service has declined beyond repair.
