I believe Fidel is the company owner. He and his crew did a great job laying the floor, which was done in Greensboro NC in Oct, 2020. It is now May, 2023. A few of the vinyl planks have come unglued. The tile itself has a lifetime warranty, so it shouldn't be an issue fixing it. The issue is- I called Fidel's cell a month ago and never got a reply. The business number listed on their Greensboro website goes to a voicemail not of a company but instead sounds like a private personal phone, so no message was left there b/c I was not certain it was the correct number. Fidel did a great job laying my luxury vinyl plank flooring. He and his crew was very professional and responsive. He also provided me with a great install price and did not include the “price” extras that some of the other known flooring companies charge. I am very pleased and will use him again on my next flooring job.

This company agreed to install vinyl floating tile in my kitchen. Bathroom and laundry room which was done. I called the installer on Monday 9/20, the day he finished laying the tile after I had a chance to look at the flooring. I saw where he did not nail down the quarter round trim on the wall in my laundry room. He told me he would come out on Thursday 9/23. He did not show up on that day. Since then I noticed where tile has disconnected around my cabinets and the holes around the drain pipes of my laundry sink was cut too big. This would allow moisture to get beneath the tiles in both areas which could result in other tiles coming up. I have tried contacting the installer...read full review
