Justin is so incredibly knowledgeable and explains my computer issues in language I can understand—not being too tech savvy myself. He has responded to emergent needs I’ve had with my computer and straightened out the issue in under an hour. So he is fast and so smart and creative. Justin is able to diagnose problems and their solutions so quickly. Additionally, Justin is a personable man who is a pleasure to work with.
