I thought I was going to have to replace my laptop. I called a few places and decided to try Mac Solutions based on the reviews. I'm so happy with my decision. Kris is very professional and knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail. He has a quick turn around time and great prices. If you're experiencing any computer issues, I would definitely recommend Mac Solutions.
It's a one-person operation, but Chris gives the impression that he's taking a personal interest your computer. He always seeks to get you up and running in the best way possible.
I needed to take my DVD player in to get a stuck disc out of it (no eject hole) but Kris took the time and gave me over-the-phone instructions/suggestions which worked. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He saved me a trip and charged nothing for the help. We will definitely use his services for future Mac needs.
