If you aren't aware of how financial advisors work...you need to understand that this firm is different in the best ways. They have no outside incentives other than to serve and honor you, their client. This is not super normal...which is why their clients love them so much. They care about ALL of your needs...not just investments.
This is the first time my wife has ever felt confident that she would be ok in the event something happened to me...more than policies and plans...they have people that are going to take care of her and my kids no matter what happens.
