I have to start by saying that I have a newborn baby in the house and they did not show any urgency or any care. They have been to my house 4 times in the last month and can not fix the problem. My landlord called them on July first to set an appointment their first appointment was July 5th they told him it was because the unit wasn’t cooling the house because there was 4 people in the house and that it was 95 degrees out the unit wasn’t supposed to go under 77.degres which is not true because we didn’t have this problem last year! The 5th comes and no technician showed up I started calling when it was getting later in the evening. Left them 3 messages to call me...read full review
