I have had 2 unfortunate life experiences with water damage and Servpro was amazing in both incidents. This recent mishap I had an old washing machine malfunction on the rinse cycle which flooded my kitchen and dining room area. Once called, Servpro was quick to address the issue and begin accessing the possible damage and dry down process. I experienced excellent customer service from Angela on my phone calls and direct assistance in my home from Travis, Jalen, and Abraham who all explained all process and procedures thoroughly. during a traumatic event like this, its good to know that people are friendly, courteous and professional to make the process less stressful.
