Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning of Greensboro

Unfortunately, we tried this company, and the service is far from professional.
I called in immediately after our service to express my concerns about missed spots on the carpet that you can see and smell, in addition to the unprofessionalism of the tech. When I answered the door, he said I'm here, I asked for what, and since there was nothing identifying him on his body or truck, he said I "can call Britany." Who is the receptionist.
He started and was done in less than 20 minutes for three rooms, then rushed his way out of the door.

As I was explaining what happened, Britany said that before returning money, they would try another cleaning. I agreed to try, but sadly, they sent the same technician out. He was aggressive and argumentative. He stuck his face into a dirty spot of the carpet that he had not touched with the cleaner the first time to try to prove a point.
He rushed through the cleaning and left angrily.

I called the office again to let them know, and they promised our money back in 10 business days, and here we are waiting. I called in, and the manager was supposed to get back to me, but still nothing.

BUT if you are interested in getting your carpet cleaned, Carolina Steam is everything they say they are AND 1/3 of the price, as this rip off of a company!

I'd love to get our refund and make this right.

I called the office again to let them know how this session went and they promised our money back in 10 business days, here we are waiting. I called in, the manager was supposed to get back to me, but still nothing. BUT if you are interested in getting your carpet cleaned, Carolina Steam is everything they say they are AND 1/3 of the price, as this rip off of a company! I'd love to get our refund and make this right.

There was an issue with booking and the company made strong efforts to promptly correct the situation. I appreciate the efforts made to satisfy their customers.

Received a reminder for the appointment with a time that was an hour earlier than I book. Changed my schedule around only for them to show up 15 minutes late. They were then overpriced and I do not like that there was no type of estimate given before hand so that I could have not waited a week for the appointment just to hear unfair pricing. The service was mediocre and my carpets did not look much different. Once complete I asked what the balls were scattered on the floor and the serviceman responded that it was the dirt from the cleaner and I needed to vacuum it or pick it up! If I’m already overpaying for spotty service the absolute last thing to suggest is for me to also do what is part of your job- I will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!

These pictures might as well be the before and after.I scheduled my appointment the early part of February for 02/29/24 time was scheduled for 10am.No one showed up until 10:40 they guy only had to do two rooms just around the beds L shaped.He sprayed something on the floor in both rooms.He filled the tank in my sink only one time for both rooms.I AM NOT SATISFIED AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANYS WORK.I GUESS ITS DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE ELSE.I was told that I would receive a refund.haven’t gotten it yet.Some parts of the floors were dry some still dry like it was when he first got here.He did only certain parts of the floor after he left those were my observation.JUST BE HONEST AND FAIR.

The carpet cleaning was okay. We still had a urine smell in the primary carpet that needed cleaning. They did send the technician back to fix it, but it's still just an inconvenience. The company loses stars due to pricing/billing. My husband reserved the service on a Saturday night for a Monday morning cleaning. He was quoted one price ($440) but then the emailed invoice said another price ($660); and the tech indicated that his service order had another price ($620). Supposedly, their online booking system makes mistakes and give low/different quotes. This shouldn't be the fault of the consumer. We have a carpet cleaner at home and should have just cleaned them ourselves. We were trying to save time but instead, it's costing us time on the back end to get everything fixed.
